We process your personal data as the controller, i.e. we determine how and for what purpose it is processed, for how long, and we select any additional processors.
What personal data we process and why
Contact form and business communication
If you contact us via the form on the website, we process your e-mail address, the selected e-shop platform and the content of your inquiry. We use this data solely to handle your request and establish business cooperation. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) or the controller's legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Contractual relationships and accounting
As part of fulfilling an order we process billing and contact data necessary to perform the contract and keep accounting records. The legal basis is contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
Data retention period
- Inquiries without a concluded contract: max. 1 year from the last contact.
- Contractual documentation and accounting records: for the period set by law (usually 5–10 years).
- Business communication: for the duration of the business relationship and 3 years after its end.
Cookies
The website uses only technical cookies necessary for its proper functioning — specifically storing your colour mode choice (light/dark) and the cookie bar state in your browser's local storage. This data is not sent anywhere and does not require your consent. The website does not use analytical, advertising or third‑party tracking cookies.
Recipients of personal data
We do not sell or provide your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may only be passed to processors providing us with technical or administrative services (hosting, accounting, e-mail delivery), based on data processing agreements. All processing takes place within the EU.
