The Rubicon AI service is a product operated by the provider stated above.
2. Definitions
- Provider — McRAI s.r.o., which provides the service.
- Customer — a business (e‑shop operator) who orders the service.
- Service — AI‑powered processing, generation and optimisation of product descriptions.
- Description — the text output created or edited by the service for a single catalogue item.
3. Subject of the service
The provider processes product descriptions for the customer based on data from a product feed or materials supplied by the customer. The output is descriptions optimised for both readers and search engines, in the scope and format according to the selected plan or individual agreement.
4. Order and conclusion of contract
An inquiry submitted via the website form is not a binding order. The contractual relationship arises only upon confirmation of a specific order or offer by both parties (by e‑mail or a separate contract), specifying the scope, price and delivery date.
5. Price and payment terms
Prices follow the current price list published on the website (subscription or one‑off packages) or an individual offer. Prices are stated excluding VAT unless stated otherwise. Unless agreed otherwise, the price is payable on the basis of an invoice with a 14‑day due date; subscriptions are billed according to the chosen billing period.
6. Delivery and processing
The delivery date of the descriptions is agreed in the order and depends on the scope of work and the quality of the supplied materials. The customer undertakes to provide complete and correct input data. The provider delivers the output in the agreed format (e.g. export, feed integration or e‑shop administration).
7. Rights and obligations
- The customer is responsible for ensuring that the supplied materials do not infringe third‑party rights.
- The provider processes descriptions with professional care but does not guarantee specific business results (e.g. search‑engine rankings or increased sales).
- The customer is entitled to comment on the output and request revisions within the scope of the plan or agreement.
8. Copyright to descriptions
Upon full payment of the price, the customer is granted the right to use the delivered descriptions for the operation of their e‑shop without quantity or time limitations. Until payment, the output remains the property of the provider.
9. Complaints and liability for defects
The customer may claim defects in performance (e.g. discrepancy with the brief, factual errors) without undue delay, no later than 14 days after delivery, at obchod@mcrai.eu. The provider will settle a justified complaint by correcting or reworking the affected descriptions.
10. Term and withdrawal
A subscription may be terminated at the end of the current billing period; the already‑paid period is non‑refundable unless agreed otherwise. A one‑off order may be withdrawn from before processing begins. The provider may withdraw upon a material breach of the terms by the customer (in particular payment default).
11. Personal data protection
Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy.
12. Final provisions
Matters not covered by these terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, in particular the Civil Code. The provider is entitled to amend the terms; the current version is always published on the website. These terms take effect on 1. 1. 2026.
